Triathlon/Custom Nike Shoes

I recently did a casual, mini-triathlon this past weekend. I swam at the pool, then ran around the high school track, and then mountain biked around town. I did this all in quick succession. I will probably do more of this, weather permitting, and I will increase the distances for each portion of the triathlon.

In other news, I was looking on www.nike.com for running shoes, and I noticed that you could customize the colors for some of their shoes. Go to the Nike website and look at the running shoes with the iD designation. Then, color your shoe the way you like it. If you are on a sports team of some kind, wouldn't it be great to customize your shoes with your team's colors? You can also customize the sneaker with some text—name, team name, etc. The model for running I like the most right now is the Nike Shox 2:40 iD. I plan to get a pair featuring my high school's colors!
